Our Complete Value Chain

Contract Farming

Procurement
  • Central procurement for poultry, seafood, vegetables, and provisions across all F&B stalls since 2000.

  • Direct import of meat.

  • Ingredients are inspected by the QA department.

Processing
  • Vegetables, meat, and other ingredients will then go through the process of cutting and packing according to the needs of the stalls.

Marinate & Storage
  • Meat & and seafood are cut, marinated, and kept in the cold room (-18°C to 4°C).

  •  Ready to Cook (RTC) items are kept and sent for lab tests to assess the suitable shelf life of each product.

Cook & Pack
  • Sauces are prepared and packed according to the needs of each division.

  •  Produces homemade herbal tea, vacuum sealed bento meal boxes.

  • Constantly increasing our choices of Read to Eat (RTE) meals.

Delivery
  • RTC items are delivered to supermarkets (local & and overseas) and food stalls.

  • RTE items are delivered to food stalls, convenient stalls, dormitories, childcare centers, and elderly homes.
